Introducing Core Energy
You, as human being, are made of energy. Energy is constantly flowing through you and between you, others, and the world around you. Neuroscientists have mapped the electrochemical energy flowing through the brain, which activates our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Research shows that if you can raise your awareness of the energy behind your thoughts, emotions, and actions, you can learn what energy would be more supportive for you in any situation.

Core Energy Coaching Services
Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment:
Whether at work, school, home, or church, you are a leader or have the potential to be a leader in one or more areas of your life. Energy LeadershipTM is the process for developing your personal leadership formula. The ELI Assessment is the first step in that process. The ELI Assessment measures your level of energy based on your attitude (your perception and perspective of your world).
The ELI Assessment is the only one of its kind to measure your attitude rather than personality. Because your attitude is subjective, it can be altered. When you work with me as your certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), you can learn to master your attitude and perspective to increase your energy and leadership effectiveness. Individual and 360 ELI Assessments are available.
COR.E Dynamics:
This is the most comprehensive process for learning mastery in performance and leadership. “Mastery” is creating your own unique process for being the best you can be through continuous learning, growth, and development. As your certified COR.E. Energy Leadership Dynamics Specialist, I will support you in creating your personal formula for success, designing action plans, and developing intervention strategies for ideal performance.
COR.E Dynamics includes an in-depth understanding of six COR.E Influencers and ten COR.E Disciplines. Clients also have access to a proprietary app called the SCOPE app to support optimal performance in the moment.
