Discover 5 Things You Can Do Right Away to Start Reclaiming Who You Are and Rebooting Your Life (without blowing it all up!)
I believe that the reason so many Gen X’ers feel unhappy, trapped, and overwhelmed in their successful lives is because they’ve traded the feral, free spirit they once had for a life that conformed to outside expectations. I also believe that it’s never too late, you always have options, and you don’t have to blow up your life to be happy, free, and at peace on a path that finally feels like your own!
In this 60-minute workshop you’ll learn:
five practical things that you can start doing right away to reclaim who you are, reboot your life, and create a path that finally feels like yours — all without blowing up your life!
the pivotal point in my life when I felt:
completely overwhelmed because of financial debt, an unfulfilling but insanely demanding job, and a life that looked like a broken record on repeat;
suffocatingly trapped by the walls of my successful life that I’d built to meet everyone else’s expectations and standards, while keeping my true self and desires locked away; and
utterly hopeless because the only way out I could see was to end my own life.
how I eventually learned practices and tools that let me find hope, remember my Gen X sense of freedom, and find more peace as I forged a new path forward that finally looked like my own.
what’s at stake if Gen X’er’s — like you and me — resign ourselves to slogging through the next 30 or 40 years along an unfulfilling path that is built according to what other people expect from us.
and, best of all, what might be possible if Gen X’er’s — like you and me — learn how to return to our feral, free selves and create our own path for this next chapter . . . all without blowing up our lives!

Is this workshop for every Gen X’er?
This is for you if:
you’re sick and tired of this shit;
you have the space to commit to taking small steps for yourself;
you’re willing to give yourself (and me) 60 minutes;
you’ve tried a lot of other things, nothing seems to work, and you’re willing put in effort to find what works;
you’re curious and ready to challenge yourself;
you believe that by prioritizing yourself, you can make the world better.
This is not for you if:
you’re fine with being fine;
you’re in a phase where you can’t add even one small step to your life;
you’re so swamped that the thought of spending 60 minutes is too stressful;
you’ve tried a lot of other things, nothing seems to work, and you’re expecting a magic solution;
you’re set in your ways and want someone to pacify you;
you aren’t ready to prioritize yourself because you believe it’s too selfish.
Hey, I’m Michele!
I’m a former attorney with the United States Department of Justice turned transition coach, mindfulness meditation teacher, and small business owner. And in my mid-40’s, I started waking up every morning, looking in the mirror, and wondering who the hell I was and what happened to my life.
I began to realize that I’d traded in my wild ‘n free Gen X spirit for the trappings of a “successful” attorney life that checked all the boxes and met outside expectations of who I was supposed to be. My true self had gotten lost in the forest of a life that seemed like it wasn’t meant for me. I struggled on a daily basis with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.
Eventually, I found coaching strategies and mindfulness meditation practices that awakened my wild ‘n free Gen X spirit and helped guide me toward who I really was and the life that was meant for me.
Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with other lost, trapped, and overwhelmed Gen X’ers who long to reclaim their true self and reboot their lives . . . without blowing it all up!
